Training Camp description
1. Objectives and Tasks:
development of general and special training;
increasing the gymnasts' level of sportsmanship and training;
teaching the correct performing of body elements in rhythmic gymnastics;
getting the coaches to know the teaching technique for rotations and body elements in rhythmic gymnastics;
gymnasts' preparation for competitions.

The Training Camp is held in the Raduga Sports Palace, Dubna, Moscow Region, Russia

4. Participants of the Training Camp:
Gymnasts born in 2014 and earlier who have no health problems or medical contraindications to rhythmic gymnastics are invited to the training camp.
5. Conditions:
The gymnasts should provide their ID, health insurance policy, medical certificate stating that the kid is allowed to participate in rhythmic gymnastics studies and their insurance policy.
6. Fees and Expenses:
The organizations that send the students to the training camp are in charge of the expenses for travelling, food, living and transfer of the participants as well as the training camp fees.
Registration fee is 30 000 RUB. The cost of the entry fee does not include: accommodation, meals during the TCB, excursion.
Settlement is up to the participant. Gymnasts and accompanying persons can use regular apartment rental services or consider one of the nearby hotels:

8. Tour for participants:
On July 24, those who wish can take part in the tour.
The tour is paid separately. The cost is 2500 rubles per person.

In the Tver region there is a small provincial town, which is more than a thousand years old: Torzhok. This is one of the few Russian cities that has managed to keep intact the old buildings of the 17th-18th centuries. Torzhok is part of the Pushkin ring of the Upper Volga region. This town was for the poet both a hospitable shelter and a meeting place with friends who lived here. During his trips from St. Petersburg and Moscow and back, Pushkin stopped in Torzhok more than 25 times.
The price of the tour includes:
1. City tour:
Observation deck overlooking the city near the A.S. Pushkin, the Pozharsky hotel, where the poet often visited. The story of the famous Pozharsky cutlets.
City center - Market Square, pedestrian bridge, shopping malls, merchant estates.
